LexVio is built for compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) — customer data is stored in ap-south-1 by default, with cross-border opt-in for USD customers only. The real policy covers: purposes of processing, consent mechanisms, data retention windows, DPO contact, grievance officer contact, third-party sub-processors, and cross-border transfer rules.
